Commercial or craft stores in existence at the date of publication of this decision are subject to the provisions of the enclosed brochure, with the exception of the provisions relating to urban conditions.

General provisions

the first chapter :

This brochure aims to define the general conditions of validity of businesses intended for the exercise of a commercial or craft activity, whose exploitation is not subject to urban and sanitary conditions governed by legal or regulatory provisions or brochures Conditions The general conditions of validity of the shops in this brochure include the lowest physical and sanitary conditions to be respected in the store before proceeding to its operation, in order to ensure the adequacy of the activity with its urban environment and Environmental and Preserving the Health and Comfort of the Public Chapter Two: Anyone wishing to do any of the activities referred to in the previous semester must, before proceeding with the operation of the designated place, remove this booklet and attachments other specific provisions to which the activity is subject, from the seat of the local public group in which the department is located.

Urban conditions and store configuration

Chapter Three:

The stores prepared for operation and stipulated in the first chapter of this brochure must be identical in terms of dyeing, location and preparation for the examples attached to the building permit and for the contents of the urban developments accompanying the examples of preparation and brochures of division requirements.

Chapter Six::

Store floors must be solid solids that do not imitate fluids. A sanitary complex must be provided which includes a sufficient number of toilets and a separate space equipped with two doors between them, a vacuum cleaner with a sink, an electric lighting, a mirror, a soap and a trash, while ensuring its natural ventilation or an adequate mechanism for this, provided that its windows are open to the outside in case of natural ventilation.

Chapter 9: Natural or adequate ventilation must be provided throughout the store to allow cooling of the air and to avoid moisture

Lighting and lighting must be sufficiently supplied in all parts of the store and connected to the public electricity network.

Chapter Eleven::

Stores prepared for activities that excrete steam or smoke should be equipped with an absorption device for extracting excreta, linked to a chimney at least three meters high calculated from the roofs of buildings the highest located in the beam at twenty-five meters from the store.
 

Chapter twelve:

The stores must be connected to the public disinfection networks and, in the absence of this network, a disinfection scheme approved by the competent administrative services must be provided.

Chapter thirteen:

Shops must be connected to the public water network.

Chapter fourteen:

Store owners must provide enough thick containers with a designated cover for all feces that work to define the address and activity of the store and meet the specifications set by the local university, and these containers must be cleaned and maintained to ensure that unpleasant odors from them and insects gather.

Chapter fifteen:

Store owners should take all necessary measures to prevent the penetration of insects and rodents inside the store by equipping the nets with mosquito nets and using approved pesticides if necessary.

Chapter sixteen:

The workshop, equipment and equipment must be cleaned and disinfected, when they are dirty and mandatory at the end of the daily work quota, with materials conforming to the specifications and authorized to be used, depending on the particularities and needs of the cleaning or disinfection process. And a program should be established to maintain and engage the store, equipment and equipment to ensure that they remain in good condition, such as fat repair and dressing, bleaching, insect resistance and rodents, and monitoring the state of the networks. For shops that are open to the public, at least one worker must be assigned, specifically, to maintain the hygiene of the health vehicles at all times.

Chapter Seventeen:

Shop workers must be free from infectious diseases and wounds and keep their bodies clean at all times, and their operators must provide them with work clothes that take into account the particularities of the tasks entrusted to their care and a place specially designed to save and change their clothes and is equipped with a sufficient number of lockers and spoons.

Chapter Twenty:
